At Darkness of the Twilight moon, we want to ensure that our customers have a smooth and hassle-free experience.

Processing time: coffee is roasted to order and usually ships within 5 business days; merch is printed to order and usually ships within 14 business days. 

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination

Returns: coffee and tea are final sale (they're perishable) unless order arrives damaged, wrong, or not at all. see our return policy for the details. Merch returns are covered there too.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout-we can't cover delays or extra fees from an incorrect address.
